Commander Cody Band Benefit Concert in Falmouth

The Falmouth Hospital Cancer Committee is proud to present a benefit performance by The Commander Cody Band on Saturday, November 17, at the Flying Bridge Restaurant in Falmouth. Proceeds from the concert, “Falmouth Rocks Against Cancer,” will benefit the Falmouth Hospital Cancer Committee.
Artist, musician and pioneering band leader, Commander Cody helped invent a new style of music in the 1970s. Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen were one of the original groups to fuse divergent strains of American roots music and create an innovative sound. Commander Cody later founded The Commander Cody Band, which has been going strong since the late 1990s.
Doors will open at 7 p.m. on the night of the performance. Tickets are $25 and may be obtained in advance by contacting Deb Crockett-Rice at 508-862-5456 or emailing her at dcrockett-rice@capecodhealth.org. Tickets may be obtained at the door, space permitting.
