American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Logo(Hyannis, MA – July 29, 2020) Cape Cod Healthcare has been awarded accreditation by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) for the Cape Cod Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
