Cape Cod Healthcare Successfully Completes Fundraising Campaign
(HYANNIS, MASSACHUSETTS (November 16, 2023) Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation has announced the successful completion of its Quality. Trust. Partnership. Campaign. The campaign raised $144 million since it began in fiscal year 2017 and included successful fundraising efforts during a time when the healthcare system was negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The campaign, which surpassed its goal of $125 million, was publicly announced in January 2022 and officially ended September 30, 2023.
The Quality. Trust. Partnership. Campaign was buoyed by more than 30,000 individual gifts and will help fund significant facility and service line upgrades across the Cape Cod Healthcare system. “We are so grateful for the generosity of so many who invested in Cape Cod Healthcare during this campaign,” said Michael Lauf, President and CEO of Cape Cod Healthcare. “This was truly a community effort that will have a significant impact on patient access and the delivery of high-quality care on Cape Cod for decades to come.”
Many Cape-wide projects received important funding through the Quality. Trust. Partnership. Campaign including:

The many essential facility upgrades and new construction projects further position Cape Cod Healthcare to deliver care in a manner that will draw more local patients to choose Cape Cod Healthcare for their treatments. New and improved facilities also play a vital role in the system’s plan to attract and retain the best physicians, nurses and clinical staff available.
“My thanks to our Board of Trustees, Campaign Executive Committee and all of the donors who supported this effort. It is so heartening to see the philanthropic community respond even through a pandemic to strengthen our system and position Cape Cod Healthcare for the next stage in our growth,” said Lauf. “Cape Cod is a special place and the people who live here deserve a health system that is committed to excellence. Our donors proved once again that they are second to none when it comes to investing in our community.”
