Cape Cod Baseball League, Cape Cod Healthcare to Partner for 2024
Season
Cape Cod Healthcare continues partnership with Cape League for the 2024 season
(HYANNIS, MA (June 24, 2024) The Cape Cod Baseball League, the nation’s leading collegiate summer wooden bat league, will continue to partner with Cape Cod Healthcare for another season.
Cape Cod Healthcare provides many of the Cape League’s existing fans and volunteers with comprehensive medical services. When players and spectators need to be seen quickly for a minor illness or injury, Cape Cod Healthcare's six Urgent Care centers, located Cape-wide from Falmouth to Orleans, offer high-quality, full-service, walk-in care with board-certified ER providers.
“We are very proud to be the official healthcare sponsor of the Cape Cod Baseball League
through the 2025 season,” said Cape Cod Healthcare President and CEO Michael K. Lauf. “Summer baseball is such a tradition on Cape Cod, and we’re thrilled to support this historic league, which, like Cape Cod Healthcare, has been part of the fabric of this community for over 100 years.”
As part of the partnership, the two organizations will collaborate on health-centric campaigns on social media and across digital channels, and Cape Cod Healthcare’s dedicated staff will enjoy staff appreciation nights with friends and family. We are deeply grateful for the support of the Cape Cod Baseball League fans, volunteers, and community members. Cape Cod Healthcare’s Blood Center will also team up with the league to host a blood drive this summer (a ballpark location will be a future announcement), reinforcing this vital need for our community. Blood donated to Cape Cod Healthcare stays on Cape Cod, helping to save the lives of friends, family and neighbors here.
