JML provides on-site therapeutic services in orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonary, stroke and complex medical care with clinicians who work with your physician to attain your best possible outcome – and get you back to your life.

You also have the option to rehab at home with the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod homecare services.

When to see an orthopedic doctor

Sometimes it's hard to know when to see an orthopedic doctor. These signs will guide you to call us:

  • If you are having difficulty performing everyday activities such as climbing stairs or walking the dog.
  • If you suffer from chronic pain, pain lasting more than 12 weeks.
  • If your range of motion is limited.
  • If you experience instability while walking or standing - do you feel unstable standing up or sitting down, standing or walking.
  • If you have experienced an injury that has not improved in 48 hours such as a sprained ankle or twisted knee.
