Tree of Memories
At the Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod Hospice, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for patients facing terminal illness. This holiday season, please consider making a gift of support by participating in the Tree of Memories.
This December, the Tree of Memories will feature seashell ornaments bearing the names of your loved ones displayed on evergreen trees framing the memorial walkway outside of the McCarthy Care Center at 73 Service Road in East Sandwich.
The Center was named in honor of Mary E. McCarthy, who was the founder of the Cape’s first hospice, and now serves as an inpatient facility providing compassionate care for patients at the end of life. VNA Hospice also provides services for patients at home, in the hospital, or in other care settings. The wellbeing of the patient is at the heart of all we do.
After the holidays in January, you may take your seashell ornament from the McCarthy Care Center memorial walkway or request to have us mail you your ornament to you. Thank you sincerely for your support.
