CCH & FH Respiratory Therapist Training Program

We are pleased to introduce our new Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Training Program at Cape Cod Hospital (CCH) and Falmouth Hospital (FH)! This training program provides an opportunity for current CCH and FH SEIU Employees who are interested in starting a career in Respiratory Therapy.

Interested employees do not need to have prior experience or training before applying into the program. Once the training program is complete, all successful participants will be fully prepared to accept a full time Respiratory Therapist position at Cape Cod Hospital or Falmouth Hospital.

How it Works

  • Candidates who successfully complete the RT program will transition into their new RRT position at the end of the program.
  • RRT positions will be available at Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital.
  • CCH RRT Candidates are paid their current rate for their position and will be hired into Grade S15C upon completion of the RRT Program.
  • FH RRT Candidates are paid their current rate for their position and will be hired into Grade S11A upon completion of the RRT Program.
