1-hour fitness class taught by Physical Therapist Assistants and Physical Therapists
A weekly program on Wednesdays taught by Physicial Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants. Each class lasts one hour focusing on total body - shoulders, trunk, hips and knees.
The goals are to increase lean muscle mass, improve cardiovascular fitness, increase range of motion, reduce stress on joints improve function and provide interaction and socialization.
Approval by your physician must be obtained prior to participation in Joint Effort classes.
