Mindfulness and Sleep

The third walk of the 2023 season focuses on the importance of sleep and overall cardiac health.

  • Date: 9 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 30 (Rain date: Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023)
  • Location: Beech Forest Trail, 36 Race Point Road, Provincetown. Meet at Beech Forest parking lot.
  • Event details: Short presentations about mindfulness and the importance of a good night’s sleep. Speakers will include a park ranger, mindfulness coach Ellen Sullivan and Cape Cod Healthcare cardiologist Elissa Thompson, MD. A Q&A session will follow, along with a ranger-guided trail walk.
