Outpatient Behavioral Health Services
Centers for Behavioral Health has two outpatient sites, one located at 460 West Main St, Hyannis, and the other located in the Fontaine Medical Center at 525 Long Pond Dr., Harwich. We offer a wide range of psychiatric services for all ages.

Our staff is comprised of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, clinical psychologists, independently licensed social workers and mental health counselors. Our child and adult psychiatrists and nurse practitioners are available for medication evaluation appointments, consultations to assist primary care physicians in managing a patient’s psychiatric medications, and where indicated, ongoing medication management services.
Our professional staff of clinicians is well trained in a wide range of evidence-based therapies to assist in coping and managing psychiatric symptoms and difficult life situations that may be affecting a patient’s wellness and functioning. We have clinicians to see children and families, adolescents, adults and older adults as well. When used in combination with medication, participation in therapy services will often improve a patient’s outlook and functioning to a greater degree than medication alone. Our clinical staff can also help patients with referrals to other services in the community.
