    • Residents 75 and older who are unable to access the internet or use the state vaccine website can call the state's dedicated COVID-19 Vaccine Scheduling Line by dialing 2-1-1 and selecting the prompt for "Help Scheduling a Vaccine Appointment.” Phone support is provided in English and Spanish, and additional translation services are available.
    • Contact the Barnstable County COVID-19 Helpline at 774-330-3001 for general questions regarding COVID-19 vaccines, testing and more. While the Helpline is no longer staffed by live personnel, you can leave a message a BCDHE staff member will return your call. Additionally, the County has listed the most commonly asked questions that have been received on this helpline and the corresponding answers on their Vaccine Q&A page.
