Pulmonary Rehabilitation

The Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs at CCHC are comprehensive programs designed to help people cope with lung conditions, including:

• COPD
• Asthma
• Bronchitis
• Emphysema
• Lung Cancer (pre & post surgery)
• Pulmonary Fibrosis

When enrolled in the program, you will benefit from a team dedicated to your pulmonary care, under the direction of a Pulmonologist. A healthcare professional like your Primary Care Physician, Pulmonologist or Cardiologist may refer you to the Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. As a participant, you will join a small group for exercise and education, in a safe environment following covid-19 guidelines and safety procedures.
