The Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) of Cape Cod provides home health care services to patients from Bourne to Provincetown as well as on both Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. A dedicated team will work with your doctor to make sure all your medical needs are met.
The goal of every VNA intervention is to assist patients in achieving their maximum independence and health status while remaining safely in their own home. We strongly believe in a continual relationship with our patients, focused on comprehensive education, and will work with patients on an ongoing basis to manage their care and connect them to supplemental community services.

We specialize in medical/surgical nursing, pain management wound care, IV therapy, ostomy care, diabetes management, mental health and more. Care starts with a detailed home evaluation to fully assess the patient’s status and needs. This assessment is paired with physician reviews to curate a customized care plan to help a patient safely rehabilitate at home.

Many of our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The VNA of Cape Cod is accredited by the Joint Commission for Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, is Medicare/Medicaid certified, and accepts most private insurance.
