  • Cape Wellness Collaborative offers free-of-charge integrative wellness therapies for people facing cancer.
  • Living Fit for You! Cancer Wellness Program is a free 6-week program for cancer patients that incorporates exercise, wellness, nutrition and rehabilitation and is offered at both Cape Cod Hospital and Falmouth Hospital. People may attend either before, during or after treatment and medical clearance is required. A topic-specific survivorship series includes breast cancer.
