Our Couch to 5K Training Program is a 9-week program designed to improve your fitness level from sedentary to participating in the many great road races Cape Cod has to offer.

To expand upon the partnership between the National Parks Service and Cape Cod Healthcare, we have created this 9-week self-guided training program. If you aren't able to exercise along the many trails throughout the Cape Cod National Seashore, this can be done anywhere.
