Description

Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod provides public health nursing programs to residents of Chatham.  Wellness clinics, workshops, educational programs, evidence-based self-management programs, falls prevention programs.

FIT FUN AN FALL FREE   This exercise program is designed and taught by a physical therapies.  It will include traditional warm up, cool down, strength, flexibility, balance and FUN!
