Description

Visiting Nurse Association of Cape Cod provides public health nursing programs to residents of Chatham.  Wellness clinics, workshops, educational programs, evidence-based self-management programs, falls prevention programs.

CHAIR YOGA  Adapted form of Yoga that makes yoga accessible to everyone.  It offers a practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support.  This is a gentle fitness program, helps to reduce stress, promotes overall well being, and improves flexibility
